Ahmad Abdallah, Regional Director for ParTech Middle East, Africa & Pakistan Region

Mr. Abdallah is responsible for developing, directing and leading all sales and operations in the Middle East, Africa & Pakistan region.

Ahmad joined PAR in 1997, bringing with him a vast and in depth business experience, especially in the Hospitality business. Previously, Mr. Abdallah owned and operated several McDonald’s restaurants in Upstate New York for 25 years. He received several awards from McDonald’s Corporation as well as from his community including the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Ahmad was one of McDonald’s team members who made the market study for the Middle East Region in the early 1980’s. Ahmad served more than 20 years in the Jordanian and the U.S. military, was a Paratrooper and retired a Full Bird.

Mr. Abdallah speaks several languages and holds 2 PhDs (Economics and Business Administration).

Ja’far Jomah, Professional Service Manager for the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan Region

Engineer Jomah joined PAR in 1998, with five years of computer experience. Ja’far is an expert computer engineer in both hardware and software. He has rich experience in the hospitality industry and has become one of the best knowledgeable leaders in restaurant operations.

Mr. Jomah holds a B.S Degree in Computer Engineering, as well as several MS Certificates, Oracle, SQL, & Networking System and is a PP Certified Engineer.

Wafa Al Khatib, Operations, Marketing and Sales Manager

Ms. Wafa manages both Offices in Amman and Dubai. Ms. Khatib joined PAR in 2000.

Wafa is responsible for the Operations, Marketing and Sales in Middle East, Africa and Pakistan Region. She is college graduate in Business Administration, and holds Several Marketing Certificates.

Nijam Al deen

Engineer Nijam is our Gulf States District Manager in Dubai. Nijam joined PAR in 2004, bringing with him a 10 years of computer experience in programming and communications.

Mr. Nijam has several MS Certificates as well as the PP Certificate. Prior to joining PAR, Nijam worked with Jawad Company in Bahrain, Specialized Computer in Saudi Arabia and other computer companies in India.

Nijam Hold a B. S. Degree in Electronics and Communications.
